Referral Scheme

Zeeniya Insurance [hereafter referred to as ‘Zeeniya’] offers between £25 and a £100 for each PCO / Private Hire Driver referred to us, who then subsequently takes a quarterly or annual Private Hire Insurance Policy through Zeeniya. Don’t delay, just complete the referral form below, and we will contact your friend and do the rest.

In addition to drivers being able to come to us directly (see Quote), if you know anyone looking for Private Hire Insurance or a PCO insurance policy whom you believe may benefit from Zeeniya’s insurance services, you can refer them to us yourself.

If a Private Hire Driver whom you have referred then subsequently takes a quarterly or annual policy through Zeeniya, we will pay you a referral bonus of £25 (for quarterly policies) and a £100 (for an annual policy).

You can refer a Private Hire Driver to us in either of the following ways:

1. Email their contact details to referral@zeeniya.com. Do remember to include your own contact details too, as we will need to get in touch with you to arrange payment in the event your referral is successful. Alternatively, you can call Zeeniya’s office number on 020 8646 7676 and get your unique referral code which you can then use for each referral.
2. Alternatively, you can ask a Private Hire Driver to get in touch with us themselves either by calling 020 8646 7676 or sending an email to referral@zeeniya.com. Just be sure to remind the Private Hire Driver to include your name and contact details or your unique referral code in the email, please ask them to clearly mention the name of the person who recommended Zeeniya to them!

We regret that due to Data Protection laws, once you have referred a Private Hire Driver to us we cannot necessarily confirm back to you if the person whom you have referred has taken out a policy with Zeeniya.

Terms & Conditions

Please see below the main terms and conditions of the referral scheme. However, please note in proceeding to refer a Private Hire Driver to Zeeniya you are in fact agreeing to the Terms & Conditions covering the scheme, mentioned below.

1. Zeeniya’s Private Hire Driver Referral Scheme is open and available to any person, association, or corporate body wishing to refer Private Hire Drivers to us (provided you have not already been engaged separately by Zeeniya to provide Private Hire Driver-finding services to the company).
2. Our Private Hire Driver Referral Scheme does not apply to individuals already known to us or who are already a client of Zeeniya’s or have taken any insurance policy with Zeeniya during the last 24 months prior to the date the referral is made.
3. There are no limits to the number of referrals any one individual, association, or corporate body can make.
4. The referral fees will only be paid to the person making the referral, whose name we were provided at the inception of the policy. This could either be via bank transfer into the designated individuals bank account or via cross cheque made payable in the name of the person making the referral.
5. A referral fee will only be payable to you, if and when the individual you refer to us subsequently:
   – takes a Private Hire Insurance Policy with Zeeniya; AND
   – does not cancel the insurance policy within the first 30 days (in the case of quarterly policies) or within the first 90 days (in the case of annual policies).
6. To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable laws, Zeeniya shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs, or compensation, which may result from participation in Zeeniya’s Private Hire Driver Referral Scheme.
7. In proceeding to refer a Private Hire Driver to Zeeniya you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of our Private Hire Driver Referral Scheme above.
